Kuna meie poolt v\u00e4\u00e4rindatav materjal p\u00e4rineb t\u00f6\u00f6tlevast t\u00f6\u00f6stusest, siis k\u00f5ige t\u00f5en\u00e4olisemalt saavad Ida-Virumaa p\u00f5levkivituhast toodetud kaltsiumkarbonaati hakata kasutama v\u00e4rvi-, plasti- ja paberit\u00f6\u00f6stused.<br><br>Unikaalne tehnoloogia v\u00f5imaldab meil kohandada kaltsiumkarbonaadi molekulide suurust ja kuju, et vastata erinevate kasutusalade k\u00f5rgetele n\u00f5uetele. T\u00e4helepanuv\u00e4\u00e4rne on ka see, et meie toode toodetakse kliimaneutraalselt, mis saavutatakse l\u00e4bi emissioonidevaba tootmise ning t\u00e4iendava CO2 sidumise tootesse. Mineraalina tuntakse seda kaltsiidi nime all, kuid l\u00e4htuvalt kristallstruktuuri erinevustest ka&nbsp;aragoniidina&nbsp;v\u00f5i&nbsp;vateriidina. Viimased on aga v\u00e4helevinud. Lubjakivis on kaltsiumkarbonaadi sisaldus v\u00e4hemalt 50%. Lisaks sisaldab lubjakivi ka magneesiumkarbonaati ning lisandeid. Suurema magneesiumisisaldusega karbonaatset kivimit tuntakse&nbsp;dolokivi&nbsp;(mineraalina dolomiit) nime all. Dolomiidi p\u00f5hikomponent on kaksik\u00fchend CaCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u00d7MgCO<sub>3<\/sub>. Pehme ja poorne lubjakivi vorm on kriit, lubjakivist v\u00f5i dolomiidist on tekkinud ka dekoratiivmaterjal marmor. Eesti dolomiiti on sageli kasutatud viimistlusmaterjalina (fassaadi- ja dekoratiivplaadid, aknalauad, k\u00f6\u00f6gitasapinnad), lubjakivist ehitisi (vanalinna hooned, kalmed, m\u00fc\u00fcrid, kirikud, m\u00f5isad) v\u00f5ib Eestis kohata igal sammul. J\u00e4rsud paekivikaldad p\u00f5hjarannikul on moodustunud peamiselt lubjakivist.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-60cff867 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-e3e4ab7b\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-2ebcfdc0 uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title uagb-infobox-image-valign-top\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-content\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-title-wrap\"><h2 class=\"uagb-ifb-title\">S\u00fcnteetiline vs orgaaniline kaltsiumkarbonaat?&nbsp;<\/h2><\/div><p class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\"><strong>Andres Trikkel<\/strong>:&nbsp;Loodusliku ja s\u00fcnteetilise kaltsiumkarbonaadi erinevus peitub lisandite sisalduses. Looduslikus lubjakivis v\u00f5ib esineda kuni 25% lisandeid, mis m\u00f5jutavad selle materjali v\u00e4rvust, tugevust ja muid omadusi. Vastavalt nendele omadustele eristatakse ehituslubjakivi ja tehnoloogilist lubjakivi. Esimene l\u00e4heb ehituskiviks ja killustikuks, teisest toodetakse tsementi ja lupja. Puhast lubjakivi leidub harva. Puhtaim lubjakivi on TT\u00dc laboris nn Vasalemma &#8220;marmor&#8221; (95,6-97,4% CaCO<sub>3<\/sub>, 0,84-1,46% MgCO<sub>3<\/sub>, muude lisandite sisaldust iseloomustav soolhappes lahustumatu j\u00e4\u00e4k 0,45-0,76%). K\u00f5rge puhtusega lubjakivi peaks sisaldama \u00fcle 97% CaCO<sub>3<\/sub>.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-a32d9056\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-4d2b02d4 uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title uagb-infobox-image-valign-top\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-content\"><div class=\"uagb-ifb-title-wrap\"><h2 class=\"uagb-ifb-title\">Miks ja kus kaltsiumkarbonaati kasutatakse?&nbsp;<\/h2><\/div><p class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\"><strong>Andres Trikkel<\/strong>:&nbsp;S\u00fcnteetliises&nbsp;kaltsiumkarbonaadis on&nbsp;lisanditesisaldus&nbsp;piiratud ja viidud miinimumini. S\u00f5ltuvalt kasutusest (paberi, v\u00e4rvide, plastide, toiduainete ning ravimite t\u00f6\u00f6stus, kus lubjakivi on t\u00e4iteaineks, aga ka tsemendi, klaasi ja keraamiliste materjalide t\u00f6\u00f6stus) vajatakse kindlate omadustega kaltsiumkarbonaati. Piiratud on lisandite, raua, magneesiumi, v\u00e4\u00e4vli jt. \u00fchendite sisaldus ning vastavalt kasutusele on seatud piirid ka selle materjali osakeste suurusele v\u00f5i v\u00e4rvusele. See saavutatakse vastavate&nbsp;keemilis-tehnoloogiliste meetoditega.
