Aastatel 2011-2016 oli ta Maru Ehituses objektijuht ja vastutas mitmete tootmis- ja t\u00f6\u00f6stushoonete ning kaubandus- ja b\u00fcroopindade valmimise eest. 2016. aastal liikus Kady edasi Rootsi, kus ta vedas Nordeconi t\u00fctarettev\u00f5tte objektijuhina viis aastat peamiselt elamuarenduste projekte. Enne Ragn-Sellsi OSA projektiga liitumist t\u00e4navu novembris t\u00f6\u00f6tas Kady \u00dclemiste Citys kinnisvara arenduste projektijuhina. Lisaks p\u00f5hit\u00f6\u00f6le toetab ta kaasasutajana tehnikaringlusega tegeleva ettev\u00f5tte GreenDice protsesse.<br><br>Ragn-Sellsi OSA projekti ehitusjuhina vastutab Kady selle eest, et Narva linna k\u00fclje all, Eesti Energiale kuuluva Balti Elektrijaama t\u00f6\u00f6stusterritooriumile, valmiks 2024. aasta l\u00f5puks p\u00f5levkivituhkade v\u00e4\u00e4rindamise demotehas ja seej\u00e4rel 2028. aastaks p\u00f5hitehas. Kady koordineerib ja kontrollib erinevate ehitusmeeskondade t\u00f6\u00f6d, kvaliteeti ja protsesse. Samuti loob ta koost\u00f6\u00f6punkte ja -v\u00f5rgustikke erinevate osapoolte ja partneritega ning osaleb lepingute, kuluprognooside ja eelarve koostamises.<br><br><strong>Kady P\u00e4rnaku: <\/strong>\u201eMa otsisin juba m\u00f5na aega uut v\u00e4ljakutset, mille v\u00e4\u00e4rtused ja missioon haakuksid minu p\u00f5him\u00f5tetega sellest, kuidas vastutustundlikult tegutseda ja olemasolevaid ressursse maksimaalselt \u00e4ra kasutada. Olin juba varasemalt Ragn-Sellsi ja OSA projekti tegemistega kursis, mist\u00f5ttu v\u00f5tsin Alar Saluste t\u00f6\u00f6pakkumise pikemalt m\u00f5tlemata r\u00f5\u00f5muga vastu. Suurim eesm\u00e4rk, mille nimel n\u00fc\u00fcd igap\u00e4evaselt tegutsen, on demotehase ehitus ja t\u00f6\u00f6le saamine. Seej\u00e4rel, kui demotehas on t\u00f5estanud Ragn-Sellsi patenteeritud lahenduste efektiivsust, alustame suure tehase ehitusega.\u201c<br><br>Ragn-Sellsi, Tartu \u00dclikooli, Taltechi ning mitmete rahvusvaheliste teadusasutuste koost\u00f6\u00f6s s\u00fcndinud tehnoloogia v\u00f5imaldab toota elektritootmise tuhast ja CO2 emissioonide kaasabil \u00fclipuhast kliimapositiivset kaltsiumkarbonaati.&nbsp;2028. aastaks valmiv p\u00f5hitehas suudab aastas \u00fcmber t\u00f6\u00f6delda \u00fcle miljoni tonni p\u00f5levkivituhka ja siduda 250&nbsp;000 tonni CO2, mille tulemusena valmib ca 500 000 tonni kaltsiumkarbonaati. Aastak\u00fcmneid Ida-Virumaa tuham\u00e4gedes kasutuna seisnud j\u00e4\u00e4tmed muudetakse uueks tooraineks, mida saab kasutada v\u00e4rvide, aknaraamide, p\u00f5randakatete, paberi ja veel paljude igap\u00e4evaelus vajaminevaid esemete tootmiseks.<br><br>Toote vastu on juba suurt huvi n\u00e4idanud globaalsed suurettev\u00f5tted. Nende seas Euroopa \u00fcks suurim plastikaknaraamide tootja Gealan (Saksamaa) ja maailma viie suurima p\u00f5randamaterjalide tootja hulka kuuluv Tarkett (Prantsusmaa), kes soovivad oma tootmises kasutada toormaterjale, mille CO2 jalaj\u00e4lg on v\u00f5imalikult v\u00e4ike. Euroopa Liidus ja Eestis seatud rangete kliimaeesm\u00e4rkide t\u00e4itmise tingimustes on selliste materjalide eelistamine j\u00e4rjest kasvav suund.<br><br>Lisaks on osaliselt EASi ja KredExi \u00fchendasutuse rahastuse toelk\u00e4ivitunud teadusuuringud, et lisaks kaltsiumkarbonaadile p\u00f5levkivituhast v\u00e4lja v\u00f5tta ka magneesiumit. See on igap\u00e4evaelus laialdaselt kasutatav v\u00e4ga kerge metall, mille j\u00e4rgi on k\u00f5ige suurem n\u00f5udlus auto-, lennuki-, raketi- ja mitmetes teistes masinat\u00f6\u00f6stustes. Lisaks kasutatakse magneesiumi\u00fchendeid rooste ja katlakivi eemaldajatena, klaasi, ravimite, v\u00e4rvide ja veel paljude teiste esemete tootmisel v\u00f5i neile parema efekti andmisel.
