{"id":2283,"date":"2022-10-18T11:48:55","date_gmt":"2022-10-18T09:48:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uus.osaservice.ee\/?p=2283"},"modified":"2023-07-14T11:51:48","modified_gmt":"2023-07-14T09:51:48","slug":"ragn-sells-sai-riigilt-toetuse-polevkivituhast-magneesiumi-vaarindamiseks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osaservice.ee\/et\/teadusuuringud\/ragn-sells-sai-riigilt-toetuse-polevkivituhast-magneesiumi-vaarindamiseks\/","title":{"rendered":"Ragn-Sells sai riigilt toetuse p\u00f5levkivituhast magneesiumi v\u00e4\u00e4rindamiseks"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fond eraldas Ragn-Sellsile 225 375,50 eurot, et j\u00e4tkata teadusuuringuid, kuidas Ida-Virumaal kasutuna seisvatest p\u00f5levkivituhkadest saaks lisaks kaltsiumkarbonaadile v\u00e4lja v\u00f5tta ka magneesiumi, mille Euroopa Liit on nimetanud \u00fcheks kriitiliseks tooraineks.\u00a0Projekti elluviimise periood on 01.11.2022\u00a0\u2013\u00a031.10.2023.<\/strong><br><br>Projekti eesm\u00e4rk on teostada rakendusuuring, et testida ja valideerida protsess PCC tootmisel tekkivast j\u00e4\u00e4kainest magneesiumiosakeste eraldamiseks. Projekti tulemusena tekib \u00fche tootmisprotsessi j\u00e4\u00e4kainete ringlussev\u00f5tu v\u00f5imekus \u2013 j\u00e4\u00e4kainest eraldatav magneesium ning k\u00f5rvalsaadusena raud suunatakse uuesti kasutusse. Projekti tulemusena on testitud magneesiumi eraldamise tehnoloogia. Magneesium on meie igap\u00e4evaelus laialdaselt kasutatav v\u00e4ga kerge metall, mille j\u00e4rgi on k\u00f5ige suurem n\u00f5udlus auto-, lennuki-, raketi- ja mitmetes teistes masinat\u00f6\u00f6stustes. Sulamites teiste metallidega muudab magneesium erinevad masinate detailid ja konstruktsioonid mitu korda kergemaks ning annab neile lisaks paremad mehaanilised omadused. Lisaks kasutatakse magneesiumi\u00fchendeid rooste ja katlakivi eemaldajate, klaasi, ravimite, v\u00e4rvide ja veel paljude teiste esemete tootmisel v\u00f5i neile parema efekti andmisel. Samuti on magneesium p\u00f5llumajanduses n\u00f5utud kaup v\u00e4\u00e4rtusliku v\u00e4etise ja olulise toitainena p\u00f5llukultuuridele.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>Ragn-Sellsi projektijuhi\u00a0<strong>Alar Saluste<\/strong>\u00a0s\u00f5nul on ainu\u00fcksi Euroopa Liidus igal aastal vaja 155 000 tonni magneesiumit, millest praegu ligi 93% tuuakse sisse Hiinast. \u201cMe oleme oma teaduslike uuringutega j\u00f5udnud nii kaugele, et saame julgelt v\u00e4ite \u2013 Ida-Virumaa ja Narva p\u00f5levkivituham\u00e4gedes peitub v\u00f5imalus, millega Eesti riik suudab Euroopa jaoks j\u00e4rjest kasvavat magneesiumi n\u00f5udluse probleemi leevendada,\u201d lisas Saluste. \u201cArvestades, et Euroopa Liit tahab v\u00e4hendada oma kriitiliste toorainete s\u00f5ltuvust ning 2030. aastaks toota v\u00e4hemalt 100 000 tonni magneesiumit oma regioonis, siis meie saaksime sellest tagada aastas umbes 30%. Kui arvesse v\u00f5tta, et Ida-Virumaal on m\u00e4gedes umbes 600 miljonit tonni p\u00f5levkivituhka, siis see on v\u00e4ga suur v\u00f5imalus nii Ida-Virumaa kui Eesti majanduse elavdamiseks. Globaalsel areenil p\u00e4lviks see projekt t\u00e4helepanu nii ringmajanduse seisukohalt, aga ka selle poolest, et v\u00f5rreldes t\u00e4nase tootmisega oleks tuhkadest v\u00f5imalik magneesium v\u00e4lja v\u00f5tta 80% v\u00e4iksema CO2 jalaj\u00e4ljega.\u201c<br><br>EASi ja KredExi rakendusuuringute programmi eesm\u00e4rk on toetada Eesti ettev\u00f5tete teadmusmahukat toote- ja tehnoloogiaarendust. \u201eMeie\u00a0eksportivad\u00a0ettev\u00f5tted on globaalses konkurentsis ja konkurentsiv\u00f5imet aitab suurendada teadusmahukas arendust\u00f6\u00f6. Samas on rakendusuuringute etapp riskantne, kuna investeeringud on suured ja pole kindlust arenduse \u00f5nnestumisel ning seet\u00f5ttu toetabki riik Ragn-Sellsi arenduste suguseid ambitsioonikaid\u00a0tehnoloogiaprojekte,\u201c \u00fctles EASi rakendusuuringute programmi arendusjuht\u00a0<strong>Kaupo Reede.<\/strong><br><br>EASi ja KredExi \u00fchendasutus on Ragn-Sellsi OSA projekti \u00fcks olulisemaid partnereid Eestis. Osaliselt ka t\u00e4nu EAS-i varasematele panustele on p\u00f5levkivituhkade v\u00e4\u00e4rindamise projekt j\u00f5udnud Tartu \u00dclikooli ja TallTechi katselaboritest tehase projektideni ning t\u00e4nu j\u00e4tkuvatele uuringutele on tuvastatud, et sama lahendusega suudetakse tuhast v\u00e4lja v\u00f5tta veel magneesiumi ja teisi elemente.\u00a0<br><br>Septembris kiitis Narva volikogu \u00fcheh\u00e4\u00e4lselt\u00a0heaks detailplaneeringu ja keskkonnam\u00f5jude hindamise algatamise, millega k\u00e4ivitati ettevalmistust\u00f6\u00f6d\u00a0Ragn-Sellsi p\u00f5levkivituhkade v\u00e4\u00e4rindamise tehase rajamiseks Balti Elektrijaama territooriumi vahetusse l\u00e4hedusse. 2025. aastaks valmib Narva linna k\u00fclje alla demo- ja 2028. aastaks p\u00f5hitehas.<br><br>Tehas suudab aastas \u00fcmber t\u00f6\u00f6delda \u00fcle miljoni tonni p\u00f5levkivituhka ja siduda 250\u00a0000 tonni CO2, mille tulemusena valmib ca 500 000 tonni \u00fclipuhast kaltsiumkarbonaati. Unikaalse patenteeritud lahenduse abil tehakse j\u00e4\u00e4tmetest uus tooraine, mida saab kasutada v\u00e4rvide, aknaraamide, p\u00f5randakatete, paberi ja veel paljude igap\u00e4evaelus vajaminevaid esemete tootmiseks. T\u00e4naseks on toote vastu juba suurt huvi n\u00e4idanud globaalsed suurettev\u00f5tted. Nende seas Euroopa \u00fcks suurim plastikaknaraamide tootja Gealan (Saksamaa) ja maailma viie suurima p\u00f5randamaterjalide tootja hulka kuuluv Tarkett (Prantsusmaa), kes soovivad oma tootmises kasutada toormaterjale, mille CO2 jalaj\u00e4lg on v\u00f5imalikult v\u00e4ike.
