{"id":2305,"date":"2022-01-24T16:11:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-24T14:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uus.osaservice.ee\/?p=2305"},"modified":"2023-07-19T11:30:49","modified_gmt":"2023-07-19T09:30:49","slug":"eas-toetab-suurimat-ringmajandusprojekti-17-miljoni-euroga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osaservice.ee\/et\/teadusuuringud\/eas-toetab-suurimat-ringmajandusprojekti-17-miljoni-euroga\/","title":{"rendered":"EAS toetab suurimat ringmajandusprojekti 1,7 miljoni euroga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EAS toetab l\u00e4bi rakendusuuringute programmi  (Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fond) Ragn-Sellsi OSA p\u00f5levkivituha v\u00e4\u00e4rindamise projekti teise etapi rakendusuuringuid 1,7 miljoni euroga, mis v\u00f5imaldab ettev\u00f5ttel koost\u00f6\u00f6s Tartu \u00dclikooli ja Tallinna Tehnika\u00fclikooli teadlaste ja rahvusvaheliste uurimislaboritega viia l\u00e4bi j\u00e4rgmise taseme t\u00f6\u00f6stuslikke katseid kaltsiumkarbonaadi tootmiseks.<\/strong><br><br>Projektijuhi Alar Saluste s\u00f5nul pole enam mingit kahtlust kas p\u00f5levkivituhkadest saab kaltsiumkarbonaati toota v\u00f5i mitte. Praegu liigume sihikindlalt selles suunas, et Eestis saaks 3-4 aasta p\u00e4rast hakata tootma maailmas ainulaadset kliimapositiivset kaltsiumkarbonaati. EASi panus vaid kinnitab&nbsp; Eesti riigi huvi projektis osaleda ning selle \u00f5nnestumisele kaasa aidata. \u201eRakendusuuringute programmi toel saame l\u00f5pule viia v\u00e4ga vajalikud uuringud, mis p\u00e4\u00e4divad tehnoloogia katsetega t\u00f6\u00f6stuslikus mahus, et muuhulgas toota&nbsp; piloottooteid valmistavate partnerite tarbeks piisavas koguses materjali, mida nemad omakorda saavad testida ja valideerida. \u00dchtlasi j\u00e4tkame uuringuid, kuidas peale kaltsiumi eemaldamist allesj\u00e4\u00e4nud materjalist veel t\u00e4iendavalt teisigi toormaterjale v\u00e4lja v\u00f5tta,\u201c m\u00e4rkis Saluste.<br><br>EASi rakendusuuringute programmi juhi,&nbsp;<strong>Madis Raukase<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u00f5nul on programm loodud, et aidata ettev\u00f5tetel teha investeeringuid uuringute ja arendust\u00f6\u00f6 varajases etapis, mille tulemusena saavad ettev\u00f5tted kasu uutest v\u00f5i oluliselt t\u00e4iustatud tehnoloogiatest, toodetest ja teenustest, mis aitavad suurendada nende k\u00e4ivet ja&nbsp; parandada tooteportfelli.&nbsp;<em>\u201c<\/em>Viimasel kahel aastak\u00fcmnel on Eesti innovatsiooni ja&nbsp;<em>start-up<\/em>\u2019ide \u00f6kos\u00fcsteemi juhtivateks j\u00f5ududeks olnud peamiselt IKT-, finants- ja tarkvarasektor. Meil on hea meel, et uusi lootustandvaid arenguid tekib \u00fcha rohkem ka mujal, n\u00e4iteks ringmajanduse vallas,\u201d s\u00f5nas Raukas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized uag-hide-mob\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.osaservice.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/EAS_RGB_Paldiski-1024x518.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-312\" width=\"768\" height=\"389\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00f5levkivi elektrienergia tootmisest p\u00e4rit tuhkade ringlusse v\u00f5tmise projekt keskendub tuhkade keemilisele koostisele ja v\u00f5imalustele tuhkades leiduvaid keemilisi komponente taaskasutada erinevates materjalit\u00f6\u00f6stustes. Esmalt planeeritakse toota k\u00f5rge kvaliteediga kaltsiumkarbonaati, kasutades selleks 1,3 miljonit tonni p\u00f5levkivituhka aastas. Lisaks tootmise k\u00e4igus seotakse tuhkadest v\u00e4\u00e4rindatud kaltsiumisse ca&nbsp; 600&nbsp;000 tonni teistest t\u00f6\u00f6stustest p\u00e4rit CO2-te.<br><br>Sellised j\u00e4\u00e4kide kasutamise tehnoloogiad aitavad v\u00e4hendada nii Ida-Virumaa keskkonnakoormust kui ka vajadust kaevandada uusi loodusressursse nii Euroopas kui maailmas tervikuna. P\u00f5levkivituhkadest toodetud kaltsiumkarbinaat on hea n\u00e4ide ringmajandusest ja selle muudab unikaalseks tootmise k\u00e4igu tootesse seotud CO2, mille tulemusel j\u00f5uab turule maailmas ainulaadne kliimapositiivne kaltsiumkarbonaat.<br><br>Ragn-Sells on investeerinud projekti juba ligi 2 miljonit eurot. 2021. aastal panustas EASi rakendusuuringute programm Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fondi vahenditest esimese taseme t\u00f6\u00f6stuslikeks katseteks ja tootmis\u00fcksuse esmaseks disainiks 255 269 eurot. Kaasrahastajana l\u00f6\u00f6b projektis kaasa ka Sihtasutus Archimedes.<br><br>EAS-i rakendusuuringute programm on ellu kutsutud selleks, et aidata ettev\u00f5tetel kasvatada teadus- ja arendustegevuse n\u00f5udlust, mille tulemusena suureneb ettev\u00f5tjate tulu uutest v\u00f5i oluliselt muudetud tehnoloogiatest, protsessidest, toodetest v\u00f5i teenustest. Programm koosneb ettev\u00f5tete n\u00f5ustamisest ja rakendusuuringute toetusest.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Projekti elluviimise periood on 20.09.2021&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;31.12.2023 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toetuse summa 1 795 168 EUR <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projekti rahastatakse Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fondist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure
