Koost\u00f6\u00f6s Eesti Maa\u00fclikooli ja p\u00f5llumajandusettev\u00f5tjatega alustatakse sel s\u00fcgisel testidega, kuidas saab tulevikutehase k\u00f5rvalmaterjali abil k\u00f5ige efektiivsemalt t\u00f5sta Eesti p\u00f5ldude viljakust.<\/strong><br><br>Aastak\u00fcmnete jooksul Ida-Virumaal elektritootmisest tekkinud j\u00e4\u00e4k ehk p\u00f5levkivituhk ei ole p\u00f5llumeestele v\u00e4etise alternatiivina v\u00f5\u00f5ras materjal. Huvi p\u00f5levkivituhaga p\u00f5lde lubjata on t\u00f5usnud just viimasel ajal, kui v\u00e4etiste hinnad ja k\u00e4ttesaadavus on muutunud \u00fclemaailmseks probleemiks.<br><br>Ragn-Sellsi OSA projekti m\u00fc\u00fcgijuhi <strong>\u041b\u0430\u0443\u0440\u0438 \u041b\u0430\u0430\u043d\u0435\u043c\u044f\u044d<\/strong> s\u00f5nul suudab nende unikaalne lahendus muuta p\u00f5levkivituha p\u00f5llumeeste jaoks efektiivsemaks. \u201eMeie p\u00f5hiline eesm\u00e4rk on eraldada tuhast kaltsium ja toota sellest kaltsiumkarbonaati. Kuid tuhast kaltsiumi eraldamisel tekib lisaks veel k\u00f5rvalmaterjal, milles on p\u00f5llukultuurile vajalikke taimede toiteelemente, nagu n\u00e4iteks magneesium, kaalium, v\u00e4\u00e4vel. Kokku on neid elemente seal \u00fche tonni kohta rohkem, kui praeguses v\u00e4\u00e4rindamata p\u00f5levkivituhas,\u201c kirjeldas Laanem\u00e4e. \u201eTestid alles algavad, aga meie arvutuste j\u00e4rgi on see tulevikumaterjal p\u00f5llule kasulik ja p\u00f5llumehele atraktiivne, kuna endiselt aitab see materjal reguleerida p\u00f5ldude happelisust, kuid lisaks saab sama materjaliga n\u00fc\u00fcd mulda viia varasemast suuremas koguses v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikke toiteelemente, mis t\u00f5stavad mulla viljakust. P\u00f5llule laotamiseks saab see olema k\u00e4ttesaadav nii rootor- kui ka poomk\u00fclvikule sobilikus fraktsioonis.\u201c<br><br>Eesti Maa\u00fclikooli mullateaduste \u00f5ppetooli professor <strong>Alar Astoveri <\/strong>s\u00f5nulon Maa\u00fclikoolil hea meel teha koost\u00f6\u00f6s Ragn-Sellsiga j\u00e4rgmine samm P\u00f5hjamaade suurimas ringmajanduse projektis, et leida v\u00e4\u00e4rindatud p\u00f5levkivituha k\u00f5rvaltootele parimat rakendust. \u201eEestis on p\u00f5levkivituha v\u00e4etisomadusi juba pikalt uuritud. Uudsel meetodil muundatud p\u00f5levkivituha k\u00f5rvalsaaduse omadused ja toime v\u00e4etisena vajavad uut t\u00f5endamist nii laboris kui p\u00f5llul. Selleks alustame Maa\u00fclikoolis n\u00fc\u00fcd erinevate muldade katsetega labortingimustes ja kevadel rajame pilootkatsed v\u00e4litingimustes. See aitab hinnata uue v\u00e4etisaine keskkonnam\u00f5jusid ning agronoomilist ja majanduslikku t\u00f5husust,\u201c lausus Astover.<br><br>P\u00f5llumajandusteenuste ettev\u00f5tte Landholding O\u00dc tegevjuht <strong>Marek Kruusla<\/strong> on tegevuse alustamisest alates v\u00f5tnud prioriteediks siduda omavahel p\u00f5llumuldade viljakuse t\u00f5stmine looduss\u00f5bralikult ja keskkonda s\u00e4\u00e4stval viisil. \u201eEesm\u00e4rkide saavutamiseks ja kliimaneutraalsuse poole p\u00fcrgides peab CO2 jalaj\u00e4lg olema v\u00f5imalikult v\u00e4ike. Seda silmas pidades pakutakse teenust piirkonna parima ja looduss\u00f5bralikuma lubiainega, milleks on p\u00f5levkivituhk. Hea on teada, et praktikas toimiv p\u00f5levkivituhk saab taaskasutuse n\u00e4ol n\u00fc\u00fcd lisandv\u00e4\u00e4rtuse. Ragn-Sellsi uue toote arenduses hinnatakse p\u00f5levkivituha v\u00e4\u00e4rindamist ning kontsentreeritud taime toiteelementide k\u00e4ttesaadavust meliorandis. Tulevikus saab pakkuda teenust tootega, kus p\u00f5lde lubjatakse kliimaneutraalselt ja null CO2 jalaj\u00e4ljega.\u201c<br><br>Ragn-Sells AS-i projektijuhi <strong>\u0410\u043b\u0430\u0440 \u0421\u0430\u043b\u0443\u0441\u0442\u0435:<\/strong> s\u00f5nul on koost\u00f6\u00f6 teadlaste ja ettev\u00f5tjatega projekti jaoks v\u00e4ga oluline. \u201eP\u00f5levkivituhas, mis on aastak\u00fcmneid justkui j\u00e4\u00e4de m\u00e4gedes seisnud, on peidus suur v\u00f5imalus Narva, Ida-Virumaa, Eesti ja kaudselt kogu maailma jaoks. Sest meil ei ole puudus ainult v\u00e4etistest, vaid \u00fcha v\u00e4hemaks j\u00e4\u00e4b v\u00e4ga paljusid teisi tooraineid. Meie teadus- ja arendust\u00f6\u00f6d j\u00e4tkuvad, ent juba t\u00e4na on selge, et p\u00f5levkivituha igale kui viimasele grammile on v\u00f5imalik leida v\u00e4ga v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslik taaskasutuslahendus,\u201c lausus Saluste.<br><br>Ragn-Sells esitas augustis Narva linnavolikogule detailplaneeringu algatamise avalduse, mille p\u00f5hjal alustab aastak\u00fcmneid Ida-Virumaa m\u00e4gedes kasutult seisnud p\u00f5levkivituha v\u00e4\u00e4rindamise demotehas t\u00f6\u00f6d 2025. ja p\u00f5hitehas 2028. aastal. Tehas suudab aastas \u00fcmber t\u00f6\u00f6delda \u00fcle miljoni tonni p\u00f5levkivituhka ja siduda 250&nbsp;000 tonni CO2, mille tulemusena valmib ca 500 000 tonni \u00fclipuhast kaltsiumkarbonaati. Unikaalse lahenduse abil tehakse j\u00e4\u00e4tmetest uus tooraine, mida saab kasutada v\u00e4rvide, aknaraamide, p\u00f5randakatete, paberi, ravimite ja veel paljude igap\u00e4evaelus vajaminevaid esemete tootmiseks. Ragn-Sellsi tehas toob regiooni hinnanguliselt 250 miljonit eurot investeeringuid. Luuakse kuni 100 otsest ja 400 kaudset t\u00f6\u00f6kohta. Ragn-Sells on p\u00f5levkivituha v\u00e4\u00e4rindamise projekti tarbeks loonud t\u00fctarettev\u00f5tte R-S OSA Projekt O\u00dc. Projekti on investeeritud juba ligi 2 miljonit eurot.
